FI40 Flange Facing Machine Challenge More Than 300 Flanges in One month!

Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd,and it is located at Tangdaowan of the West Coast New Area of Qingdao, with registered capital of RMB 350 million and total assets of RMB 4 billion. The Company provides quality services for domestic and foreign customers in energy, chemical and other fields, it contracts the new construction, reconstruction and expansion, inspection and maintenance projects of oil refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, fine chemical, oil and gas storage and transportation, medicine, municipal administration, environmental protection, boiler, power station and power transmission and transformation, etc. Meanwhile, the Company conducts equipment manufacturing, large equipment hoisting and transportation, special machinery repair, engineering project management and supervision. Recently, they encountered a tricky problem. More than 300 flanges had welding deformation and corrosion in the construction site. Most of the flanges had been welded on the pipeline and could not be transported to the workshop for repair. Therefore, they urgently need two flange facing machines for on-site machining the flanges. The manager of the project department contacted us and we provided FI40 flange facing machine with servo motor, which can machining the flanges with a diameter of 150 to 1000mm. MT's engineers trained their operators and they can repair one flange in one hour, 10 flanges a day. So far, more than 200 flanges have been repaired.
