Delta offers both refundable and non-refundable tickets. Refundable tickets can be canceled for a full refund, while non-refundable tickets are generally non-refundable. However, Delta does offer refunds for non-refundable tickets in certain situations, such as the death of a passenger, a change in military orders, or severe weather conditions that result in flight cancellations or delays of more than 90 minutes.
