Retrofitting Carbon Cutter
Carbon cutter is a filter less retrofitting device which can reduce the harmful carbon content up to 90% from exhaust system.
Retrofitting of Carbon Cutter is done in the exhaust line of the Diesel Generating Set. It reduces the PM emission of Carbon Particles by > 70% from the exhaust gases of DG Set. No filter is used this technology, it operates on the principle of Electrostatic Precipitation. This is a self-cleaning process with minimum requirement of maintenance. Infect maintenance is only for removal of PM accumulation.
