In the process of Egg freezing woman's eggs are collected, frozen, and kept for later use. This procedure enables women to maintain their fertility and maybe have children later in life. When a woman is ready to use her frozen eggs, they are thawed, fertilized with sperm through a process called in vitro fertilization (IVF), and the resulting embryos are transferred to her uterus with the goal of achieving a successful pregnancy.
