● This 500 ton hydraulic press is available in two structural options: a four-column type or a frame type. It features a specialized powder conveying system and hydraulic proportional floating molding technology, which effectively controls the molding density of the product. Mechanical stop positioning and stepless adjustment mechanisms are installed at the feeding, molding, and demolding positions, ensuring both stable and flexible product dimensions.

● For stepped products, the powder conveying position is steplessly adjustable to ensure uniform density throughout. During the demolding process, the equipment features over-pressure protection and a micro-rebound function. This is paired with an upper punch demolding protection device - capable of independently adjusting both pressure and stroke - which effectively minimizes product damage while simultaneously safeguarding the mold from harm.

● Operators can directly configure the action sequences for each process step via the touchscreen interface, flexibly adapting them to the specific requirements of different products without the need to alter any internal code. Consequently, the machine is capable of handling virtually any task - whether involving complex geometries or various types of powder metallurgy parts - demonstrating exceptional versatility.
