Q1: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a limited warranty covering 12 months or 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first). This warranty covers the chassis, hydraulic system, and major structural components, excluding wear parts (such as tires, oil seals, brake pads, and batteries). For overseas customers, we require video or photographic evidence of the fault; we will then ship replacement parts free of charge and provide remote guidance for repairs.
Q2: I am located overseas; if the machine breaks down, will you send someone to repair it?
A: If we have an authorized local dealer in your area, they will provide on-site service. If there is no local dealer, we offer three levels of support:
① 24-hour video-guided troubleshooting;
② Free air shipment of replacement parts;
③ If the issue is severe and the customer is willing to cover travel expenses, we can dispatch an engineer to the site.
Q3: What international payment methods do you accept?
A: We support all major payment methods:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): For initial collaborations, we recommend a 30% deposit followed by the remaining 70% upon presentation of a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
- L/C (Letter of Credit): We accept Irrevocable Sight Letters of Credit (subject to the issuing bank being acceptable to us).
- Western Union / PayPal: Accepted only for sample orders or orders with a total value of less than $3,000 USD.
