Active slitting line

The copper strip is automatically unwound and enters the disc scissors, the scissors motor is dragged to cut actively, enters the storage pit, and then enters the coiler through the guiding and pressing device to complete the slitting of the copper strip.
Passive slitting line
Passive disc slitting lines are also called drawing shears. Generally used for edge trimming and slitting of hard copper strips. During normal cutting, neither the unwinder nor the disc scissors are driven, and the coiler takes the initiative to pull the unwinder and the disc scissors to rotate together. Its characteristic is that it can cut at high speed.
