It has the advantages of safety and explosion-proof, and is widely used in the production process with high safety requirements such as power plants, chemical industries, and oil refining.
When compressed air enters the cavity between the two pistons of the cylinder from the air port, the two pistons are separated and moved toward the ends of the cylinder, forcing the springs at both ends to compress, and the air in the air chambers at both ends is discharged through the air ports, and the racks of the two pistons are simultaneously driven. The output shaft (gear) rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise. After the compressed air is reversed by the solenoid valve, the two pistons of the cylinder move in the middle direction under the elastic force of the spring, the air in the middle cavity is discharged from the air port, and the rack and pinion of the two pistons are synchronized to drive the output shaft (gear) clockwise. Rotate 90 degrees. You can adjust the micro angle from both ends, loosen the nut, use an Allen wrench to turn the adjusting bolt to adjust the required angle, and lock the nut.
